•Responsible for capacity management and productivity improvement for the toolset on the floor.
•Create and utilize tactical capacity model to perform tactical what-if analysis.
•Evaluating and coordinating scenarios with stakeholders for capacity metrics, run rules, reuse, capital improvement, install/conversion, etc.
•artnering with management to develop applications to improve production metrics.
•rovide input into layout solutions that solve the problems statement and also meets IE criteria of conserving space, cost, future plan, etc.
Qualifications
•Industrial Engineering, Operation Research and Software development.
•Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
•Advanced understanding of statistics.
•roven ability in multi-tasking complex projects.  
•Strong partnering and team-working skills.
•Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills.
•Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
